About My Prints

As a Christian, I wanted to combine my love for art and my yearning to remember more of the bible in a fun way. I struggle to remember bible verses that will encourage me when I'm down. Through creating prints I'm able to look back at verses that I love and are filled with encouragement from the Lord and draw at the same time! My art is a reflection of what my mind sees when reading the verses, as well as my favorite childhood cartoon Charlie and Lola

I began to take art seriously ever since my Freshman year of high school when I decided to study Commercial Arts. Through this course, I learned about art history and how to draw using various mediums such as oil pastels, watercolor, and even digital art through Illustrator. When I graduated, I needed to choose a major for college that would pay my bills so, I chose Intercultural Studies because I thought I wanted to work at the UN. Various cool experiences later, I became a Science Teacher. While teaching studied User Experience Design which eventually took me back to learning some aspects I learned as a commercial artist. I realized how much I missed art and how much it aided me through much stress, especially during the pandemic. Thus the idea of selling prints began!
